STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MARTINI
A mix of sweet, creamy, and fruity, this martini is one of the only cocktails that accurately replicates delicious strawberry cheesecake. The vanilla, simple, and cream create a rich base that the spirits, fresh strawberries, and hints of lemon play off of beautifully! Vibrant and decadent, this drink is best enjoyed by the beach, with friends, or at a fancy dinner party!
Ingredients
- 2-3 fresh strawberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce Limoncello or strawberry liqueur
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce cream (heavy cream or
- half-and-half)
- Splash of lemonade
- Ice
- Rim
- Crushed graham crackers (or sugar)
- Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Rim the glass with the simple syrup and crushed graham crackers.
- Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.
- Add wet ingredients and ice to the shaker and shake.
- Strain into glass and garnish.
