After a storm surge last December flooded and severely damaged Bay Breeze Restaurant in Birch Bay, owner Christopher Choi worked hard to get it back open for business.
After a seven-month remodel, the restaurant reopened this past summer with new flooring, refurbished furniture, and the same relaxing, seaside style it had before the storm.
Bay Breeze first opened in May of 2018 and has been cooking up seafood and American classics from clam chowder, oyster shooters, and burgers to more unique dishes like smoked salmon macaroni and cheese and Thai chicken lettuce wraps.
