3 H3 Les Chevaux Red Blend: Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Crest

Les Chevaux, meaning “the horses” in French, comes from the Horse Heaven Hills vineyards in Eastern Washington, where stallions once ran free. From the crushed grapes comes bold flavors of cherry and rose petal, creating a subtle dryness and a vibrant finish for this full-bodied wine.

4 Newsprint Malbec: Guardian Vineyards

From grapes grown in the intense, dry heat of the Yakima Valley, this medium-body wine carries rich flavors of blackberry and a lingering touch of spice and black pepper. Due to its short finish, the Malbec pairs well with a leaner red meats and light cuts of dark meat.
