    The Whatcom Horticulture Society hosts Linda Cochran, an accomplished plantswoman and long-time Pacific Northwest gardener who will share her stunning photography while she tells us about her drought-tolerant garden that features many plants native to the arid west. Linda spends much of her time in the summer traveling to wildflower hot spots in the region and photographing wildflowers.     Come one, come all to The Nightmare on Maple! On October 27-28 and 31, the Boundary Bay Brewery beer garden will be transformed into eerie scenes filled with ghosts, ghouls, and surprises at every turn.
