Come join The Whale Museum’s Gear Down Workshop this fall virtually through Zoom sessions.
This workshop’s theme will be Unusual & Changing Sightings Of Species In The Salish Sea!

Invited presenters include:

– Erin Falcone, North Coast Cetacean Society, on fin, Bryde’s, & sei whales

– Candice Emmons, NOAA, on SRKW and NRKW current distribution patterns and overlap

– David Anderson & Laurie Shuster, Cascadia Research Collective, on dolphins in the Salish Sea

– Kristin Wilkinson, NOAA, on beluga whales & rare pinnipeds & stranding network response

– Dr. Adam Summers, University of Washington, on blue fin tuna

– Dr. Marianne Nyegaard, Auckland Museum, on mola (sunfish)

The registration fee is $35 for non-members; $25 for TWM or SSAMN members.
