The original Lombardi’s was a Ballard favorite, and the Everett Marina location has been inundating diners with a heavenly blast of roasted garlic that is Lombardi’s hallmark since 1998. Lombardi’s pays homage to the seven honored ingredients of Italian food — olive oil, garlic, pasta, tomatoes, olives, basil and love. Dive in to the Tuscan Prawn starter, Pizza Margherita or Chicken Saltimboca — but don’t forget their wide variety of delicious pasta entrees. Both Italian and Washington wines are a focus of the wine list. A three-course prix fixe menu if offered Sunday-Thursday, 3:30–5:30 p.m., for $15. Brunch is offered Sundays.
