Bright, zesty, and brimming with wellness perks, the Immune Boost Mule is a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail. Blending citrus, ginger, and honey, it delivers bold flavor while adding a dose of nutrients perfect for any season.

For an alcohol-free version, omit the vodka and add a splash of sparkling water!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice (Vitamin C)
  • ½ ounce fresh orange juice (Vitamin C)
  • ¼ ounce ginger juice (anti-inflammatory)
  • ¼ ounce honey or agave (immune-supporting, soothing)
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Pinch of turmeric (warmth and antioxidants)
  • Ice
  • Garnish:
    • Orange or lemon wheel
    • Fresh mint sprig
    • Dusting of turmeric or grated ginger

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mule mug (or rocks glass) with ice.
  • In a shaker, combine vodka, lemon juice, orange juice, ginger juice, and honey. Shake well to blend.
  • Pour into the mug over ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with citrus wheel, mint, and a light sprinkle of turmeric or fresh ginger.
