For an alcohol-free version, omit the vodka and add a splash of sparkling water!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice (Vitamin C)
- ½ ounce fresh orange juice (Vitamin C)
- ¼ ounce ginger juice (anti-inflammatory)
- ¼ ounce honey or agave (immune-supporting, soothing)
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- Pinch of turmeric (warmth and antioxidants)
- Ice
- Garnish:
- Orange or lemon wheel
- Fresh mint sprig
- Dusting of turmeric or grated ginger
Instructions
- Fill a copper mule mug (or rocks glass) with ice.
- In a shaker, combine vodka, lemon juice, orange juice, ginger juice, and honey. Shake well to blend.
- Pour into the mug over ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with citrus wheel, mint, and a light sprinkle of turmeric or fresh ginger.
