The Upfront Theatre is excited to bring back its improvised holiday show, Home for the Holidays. Starting December 4th and running all month long, every Friday and Saturday night at 8 & 10pm, (excluding December 25th), they’ll warm your hearts and tickle your funny bones all in one show!
Centering around three characters and their arrival home for a holiday get-together, Home for the Holidays is inspired by a smattering of cheesy holiday films like “It’s a Wonderful Life”, “Christmas Vacation” and “Love Actually”. This show focuses on what happens when the (improvised) family gets back together. Audiences can expect to see at least one family member they can “relate to” as our performers explore the wonderful archetypes and scenarios that bubble up when families collide – in a loving way of course.
Advance tickets to Home for the Holidays are available online or the night of show at the theatre. Doors open forty-five minutes before show time!
