    Qigong is moving meditation. The benefits of Qigong include physical, mental and emotional well-being. Qigong reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, creates flexibility, speeds healing from injury, promotes restful sleep, relieves anxiety and depression and much more. Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching internationally for over 30 years. She will guide you through simple warmups, Qigong forms, and a brief sitting meditation. No experience necessary.
