Celebrate at the Family Interactive Gallery (FIG) at the Whatcom Museum where we'll ring in the new year with a countdown and balloon drop at 4 p.m. Children (and grown-ups!) can create their own party hats in the Art Studio, then capture the moment in our photo booth.
