Join exhibiting artist Claire Johnson in exploring oil painting techniques! In this day-long workshop, you will work on two paintings, focusing on underpainting techniques that will make your paintings shine. For the first painting, you will focus on reductive underpainting techniques. Then, experiment with an additive technique to explore how monochromatic and white on black techniques can create amazing light effects.

Workshop for ages 18 and up – all experience levels welcome!

Cost: $125 ($90 participation + $35 materials cost)
