An evening of local artistic celebration, we illuminate the Skagit River Walk in Mount Vernon with hundreds of luminaries, watch local performances, and finish the evening with an illuminating processional through downtown Mount Vernon. On Friday, January 30th, gather with us at 5pm at the Skagit River Walk in Mount Vernon (509 Main Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273) to start the magically glowing evening.
