Instructions

Instructions

  • 8 ounces (1 cup) whole milk
  • 0.75 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) sugar
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • A dash (1/8 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • Marshmallows and chocolate syrup for garnish
  • 1.5 ounces of peppermint schnapps

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and about 2 tablespoons of the milk until smooth and free of lumps.
