Sustainable Food Fair
Thursday, April 18 | 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Combine your love for food and sustainability. Come to Western Washington University’s food fair where local food vendors compete for the best sustainable dish! Admission price allows attendees to try five dishes and vote on their favorites.

Earth Day Work Party
Saturday, April 20 | 9 a.m. – Noon

Grab your work boots, friends, family and fondness for planting trees and head over to Tenmile Creek! First 200 people will receive a free, limited edition t-shirt. Tools, gloves, light refreshments and coffee will be provided.

Earth Day Run
Saturday, April 20 | 9:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.

In the spirit of Earth Day, throw some green on and get active. One tree will be planted for each finisher. Finishers can visit the potting station afterwards to learn about native trees and take home their own native sapling. Bring your old running shoes, they will be recycled and donated through the More Foundation Group.

Ninth Annual Earth Day Parade & Festival
Saturday, April 20
Parade at 1 p.m. | Festival at 2 p.m.

Walk, bike or take public transit to Vancouver’s annual Earth Day parade. Following the parade, enjoy music, speakers and food trucks at Grandview Park. Make sure to show off your environmentally-friendly costume and reusable water bottle!
