Allied Arts of Whatcom County presents the annual Whatcom Cultural Arts Festival at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal, located in historic Fairhaven, March 10, 11 & 12, 2023!

This event seeks to celebrate the cultural diversity of our area through the common language of visual and performing arts. The cruise terminal will feature a host of vendors, displays, and activities put together by the artists, artisans, and businesses highlighting the diverse cultural communities in Whatcom County. A schedule of performances, workshops, and presentations will be viewable online via social media.
