The Last Bag of the School Year

Since 2019, Wild Bird Charity’s #1 purpose has been to provide meals to school children in Whatcom County via our Weekend Food Bag Program. More than 900 food bags were given out EACH WEEK this school year.

The last food bags of the school year have been packed and delivered to 32 schools in Whatcom County. For kids it’s the start of summer vacation. For Wild Bird volunteers, it’s the start of gearing up for the coming fall.

First up is Sips of the Summer ~ an afternoon of tasting Washington wines and craft brews while enjoying live music!

Join us on Saturday, June 28 to experience the unique setting that is Barnstar, a historic barn set on 120 private acres in Ferndale, WA.

Kick back as County Rose performs legendary songs, current hits and their own original tunes. Rumor has it that line dancing lessons are in the works!

The school year may be ending, yet Wild Bird Charity keeps kicking it up for kiddos! Join us on the 28th for a ‘hoot of a good time’!!!
