As we enter 2026, a year of new beginnings, this four-part sound bath series invites you to nurture your inner garden. Each month focuses on a different stage of growth, from planting intentions to tending what is starting to sprout. Gentle movement, breathing practices, journaling, and guided relaxation help prepare you for a 60–70-minute sound journey with gongs, bowls, chimes,
and more. Attend one or all, each workshop offers a complete experience on its own.
