Come and enjoy a wonderful meditative sound bath experience where you will lie down and listen to resonant sounds of singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. Please note: Sound bath Healing sessions are held fully clothed, on the floor on yoga mats, with shoes off. Yoga mats, cushion and throw blankets will be provided. However, please bring anything else extra that would help make you be more comfortable as you lay down for the sound therapy session (e.g. Extra blankets or pillows). And please be sure to dress comfortably.
