New Zealand-style ice cream, also known as real fruit ice cream, is a little different from your typical American ice cream. At Scream, vanilla ice cream is churned with frozen fruit in a special machine to create this soft serve dessert.
Located at the front of Structures Brewing, Scream offers four main flavors: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry. They also offer seasonal flavors.

The ice cream itself is creamy and smooth. It isn’t overly sugary, so it’s subtle enough that you can taste the real fruit that’s blended in.
