DESCRIPTION:BEER PROM BENEFITS LYDIA PLACE + FUNDING TO FIGHT HOMELESSNESS \nKulshan Brewing Company and Lydia Place present Beer Prom\, A Night With the Stars! \nOn Saturday\, June 1st\, Kulshan Brewing Company and Lydia Place are rolling out the red carpet at the Trackside Beer Garden to invite you to a star-studded Hollywood Beer Prom! Enjoy a night of glitz\, glamor and giving back – all proceeds from Beer Prom benefit Lydia Place\, a Bellingham non‐profit agency dedicated to disrupting the cycle of homelessness and promoting sustained independence for current and future generations. Beer Prom will feature 8 one-of-a kind collaborative brews from seventeen breweries\, all brewed to support the event. Each prom partnership has already started the brewing process for their special Beer Prom collaboration brews. These 8 collaborative beers will debut at the event. Each collaborative beer will be judged by a popular vote on which brew is the best of show. The collaboration with the most votes will then be crowned as this year’s Beer Prom royalty by a people’s choice vote. \nBeer Prom will be the first 21+ event held at the Trackside Beer Garden\, and in addition to collaboration beers\, will feature live music from Triple B Big Band followed by DJ Jody Keagle.\nYou won’t want to miss the fun games\, raffle supporting Lydia Place and costume contest to round out this fun and thematic event raising awareness and critical funding for Lydia Place.\nFounded in 2012\, Kulshan Brewing Company’s mission is to sustainably produce exceptional beer\, bring people together\, maintain a fun and fulfilling workplace for staff\, and give back to the community. Emily Mallos\, General Manager of Kulshan Brewing stated\, “The main goal of this event is to support Lydia Place and the important work they do for the Bellingham community.
