Dress for weather. Reclined\, chair or seated meditation welcome.\nCarpooling is highly encouraged\, as parking is very limited. Outdoor event\, expect ambient sounds of the park & outdoors to be included. Gather on the lower lawn overlooking the Bay and view of the San Juan Islands. Tickets available at www.mysticheartbeats.com. Pre-registration required. Please add yourself to the waitlist if the session is full\, a spot may open to you. No tickets onsite.
