Doors open at 6:30 PM. \nThe speaker for the evening will be Patrick Spence of Cascadia Iris Gardens in Lake Stevens\, Washington. His presentation is titled\, “Iris—A Flower for All Seasons.” \nPatrick and Margaret Spence began collecting Iris in 2004. Their collection grew so quickly that they opened Cascadia Iris Gardens in 2008 on a 1-acre property. By 2011 they needed a larger property and found a site with a suitable three acres. Patrick hybridizes Japanese iris and Sino-Siberian iris.
