The first of two forums will feature the two candidates vying for the Bellingham Mayor’s seat pending the outcome of the August 6 Primary Election. The forum will be held following a community lunch at Northwood Hall\, 3240 Northwest Ave\, Bellingham on Wednesday\, August 28.
