SUMMARY:Jr. Ski to Sea
DESCRIPTION:The Jr. Ski to Sea has been a beloved community event since its inception in the 1980’s. After a 3-year hiatus\, Whatcom Events assumed ownership of the race and reinvented the course to mimic the Big Race. The Jr. Ski to Sea Race is a youth (Grades 3 – 12) relay race that consists of skiing or snowboarding\, running\, mountain biking\, and kayaking. The first leg will commence at the Heather Meadows Base area at Mt.
