You can make your altered book into an art journal\, writing journal\, photo album\, or a scrapbook!\nDate: Saturday\, April 15\, 2023\nTime: 1:00 – 3:30pm\nAges: Teens ages 14 years old – adults of all ages and all levels of experience in art\nCost: $30\nIn-person workshop in MoNA’s Art Studio. \nJoin local teaching artist Rachel Simpson for a hands-on workshop showing how to reuse old books into art and journals with various techniques of how to add texture and design with mixed-media. You will get to take home your very own altered book to continue to work on and use at the end of the class. \nEach participant is required to bring one hardbound\, old book to recycle into a new art book for the workshop.
