General admission tickets are $25 per person. Attendees of 18 years or older are encouraged\, but all ages are welcome. \nFood and drinks will be available to purchase courtesy of the Hotel Leo! \nMake a weekend out of the event by reserving a room at the historic Hotel Leo. When Saturday night partygoers reserve a room using our custom link\, a portion of the proceeds will go to the BQC!\nLINK or PROMO Code (THIS IS DONE) \nThis event is put on by the Bellingham Queer Collective — a 501(c)(3) organization. Proceeds from the event will support the new BQC community center located in the Downtown Bellingham Arts District.

These folks are incredibly talented and capable. \n* Clothing mending includes patches\, button fixes\, pocket holes\, sweater holes\, and more! Please limit your items to one & be prepared to return at a later time. \n* Jewelry repair can include jump ring fixes and minor repairs. \n* Knife sharpening & Pruners. Please limit two items per person & be prepared to return at a later time for we hand-sharpen with whetstones and this is labor-intensive work! \n* Bike repair includes brake checks and basic service. \n* Shoe polishing includes basic shoe polishing and cleanup. \nThis is a volunteer-run event. SUMMARY:Gifts of Music Spring Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Join Us for the Gifts of Music Spring Fundraiser at Stones Throw Brewery on May 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. \nWe bring music education to people who would not otherwise have access. In 2025 we brought music to over 60 teens in the Whatcom Juvenile Detention Center\, and over 40 seniors in assisted living. This is an opportunity to learn more about our work\, listen to some fantastic music\, and support our mission. \nWe have Bellingham native Pete Ruble performing. Pete plays in the country/folk of style music\, with finger-picking and songs that range from the serious (heartbreak) to the mundane (Holly street bike lane). Funds raised at Roots & Rivers help keep our waters clean\, inform policy\, and create real-world impact that ripples across our region. \nGuests will enjoy abundant small plates\, drinks\, dessert\, and live music. Suggested attire is business casual. \nRE Sources is a local nonprofit working across our region to protect local water quality and advance our communities’ climate resilience through advocacy\, education\, and partnerships. Through water quality monitoring and timely alerts\, we keep both the community and local decision-makers informed when our waters are at risk\, so together we can protect them for people\, wildlife\, and future generations.
