Katie Drafs of Lady Phoenix Art, will be on site at the Whatcom Art Market on Saturday February 29 from noon to 3 pm demonstrating how she creates her fascinating and brilliant abstract work. Katie’s art is truly unusual and eye popping. Come visit the Gallery at 1103 11th St. in Old Fairhaven, Bellingham , open daily from 10 am to 6 pm.
