The Academy for Lifelong Learning , affiliated with WWU, is hosting the presentation by the Whatcom County 911 Public Education Coordinator. The session provides an inside look at What-Comm 911 Center which serves as the answering point for all 911 calls placed within Whatcom County, handling over 140,000, 911 calls per year.
